Meet the Team

Myra Williams

Owner + Operations Director

Hey! My name is Myra, and I am the new owner of Hello Clementines! I’m so excited and thankful for this new journey ahead and look forward to getting to know you more.

Here’s a little backstory about me!

I am 1 of 7 kids and was born and raised in the south. From a young age, I knew my passion was to love on kids. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of living out that passion. Being a nanny and sitter has given me the opportunity to not only bond with families, but to truly be a part of the family. Hello Clementines has always been like a family and I’m honored to join the HC team in a new and big way. We look forward to helping your family whether it be for a date night, babysitter, or recurring nanny! I can’t wait for this new and exciting chapter. I hope to hear from you soon!

Meg Scott

Founder

Hey! My name is Meg and I am the owner + founder of Hello Clementines. I moved to the south a few years ago all the way from Seattle, Washington! Building healthy relationships has always been important to me, as I grew up in a family of ten! We began caring for children in foster care when I was 8 years old, which led to the adoption of four of my siblings, as well as hosting many sibling groups throughout my childhood. After the adoption of my siblings, my mom opened up a camp for siblings separated in the foster care system, which I am deeply passionate about. All throughout my childhood and teen years, I was heavily involved in the foster care community, volunteered in our church nursery, and provided childcare for local families. I have always had a passion for working with kids and coming alongside parents to create an individual learning experience for each child. I have spent the last 12+ years as a nanny and now I get the privilege of helping connect nannies and families. I hope you always feel at home here at Hello Clementines, whether you are booking us for a one-time date night on vacation or a full time nanny!

I love my siblings and after realizing how much I loved helping to take care of them, I started taking babysitting jobs as a teenager. I've been in the childcare industry for years now having both daycare and preschool experience. About 2 years ago I landed my first nanny position for a wonderful family and fell in love with the job. I have now found a career path I am passionate for and I hope to be working with children for years to come!

  • McKenzie Rinehart

Hey there, my name is McKenzie! I have always been a hands on learner or doer! I find when you give children a chance to be independent (to an age appropriate level ) they connect with you and build the trust . If they see I trust them they reciprocate!

  • Chesney Jones

Hey, my name is Chesney! I love to help children learn and grow! Coloring is a great way for me to see what colors they know and what ones they don’t. I help them learn the colors they are uncertain about so they can be more aware of it next time! The same thing goes with numbers. In this case, I like to play hide and seek. I feel as if this is a way to see which numbers the know already!

  • Litzy Cruz

  • Georgia Barksdale

Hi, my name is Georgia! I first started providing childcare to children when I was 14 years old my neighbors had twin girls who they needed care while their parents worked. I am a visual learning so I love to draw things out so the child may understand it better, I also try to use objects for counting so that the child can understand and visualize exactly what we are trying to learn. I really don’t have a favorite age, they are all my favorite I just enjoy the different skills that each age seems to offer. Watching them grow and thrive is I think one of the best things.

Hi, my name is Erica! I have worked with all ages from new borns up to middle schoolers, but my favorite age to work with is 2nd-3rd graders. I really like hands on learning for kids. It could be showing them how to do something correctly or just watching how you react to things when something goes wrong. Kids are always watching how you react so they know how to properly react to something.

  • Sarah Young

Hey, my name is Sarah! I first started providing care for children at the age of 7 when my youngest sister was born. From that point forward, I was always helping my parents by watching after her, playing with her, changing diapers, etc. Although this wasn't professional care, it taught me a lot on how to care for children and made me realize I love doing it. When I got older and was able to drive, I started babysitting for other families and continued to do that throughout high school.

  • Lindsey Foster

Hi, my name is Lindsey! I enjoy working with all ages of children. When working at a primrose I was in the baby room all the way up to the pre-k room. During my first year of college, I got to work with elementary - middle school aged children. This allowed me to provide a wide range of care to children. I have had great success with having a calm demeanor and allowing a child the opportunity to learn and grow. My mom calls me the Kid whisperer as she says I have the special ability to redirect children who may be more challenging and keep them calm and engaged.

  • Kelliann Howell

Hey, my name is Kelliann! I started babysitting at 16 years old. I have had a total of 7 years of experience. I love working with all ages of children. Babies, toddlers, elementary ages, and teenagers all are enjoyable to care for! I love for kids to have hands on learning activities. Kids can learn and grow tremendously by doing these.
